For the Blue Door Sunday sessions we present the snappy assembly of the QFO Experiment best hits. Alchemists of nostalgic rhythm in funk, disco and soul. Mood makers, improvisers, root cause of uninhibited foot tapping and general curators and keepers of the groove.  The QFO will treat you with a mix of covers by the likes of Herbie Hancock, Roy Ayers and Vulfpeck, along side their original jazz-funk arrangements.

& friends

Louis Koopman (piano) has already made a name for himself in elite muso circles in Queenstown and Wanaka. With an im-pressive pedigree (son of Peter Koopman of Nairobi Trio) Louis is jazz infused.  Playing as a regular with "That Wanaka Trio" he will be inviting a variety of other artists to join him for the Sunday Jazz series.
